Capricornio Coffees Cupping in Sustainable Harvest
#Repost @sustharv ・・・ Join us at our Portland office next Thursday, October 18, for a coffee tasting and happy hour with Luiz Saldanha, the pioneering producer behind Fazenda California and Capricornio Coffees in Brazil. The event will take place from 3:30-5:30 p.m. following the Oregon Coffee Board's Workplace Empowerment event. You'll easily be able to attend both events as our office is just a 6-minute walk from the OCB event.

Luiz will share the stories behind these coffees at the event, which draw on cutting-edge processing techniques and the knowledge he has gained from many years of experimenting with post-harvest innovation at Fazenda California.
