For us at Capricornio Coffees, a microlot is an exceptional lot, scoring 88 or above, like the grand crus in wine, having around 10 to 30 bags and fully traceable back to the farm where it came from. Every year, we select coffees from our Four Seasons Project Members and reserve the ones with unique profiles. These coffee lots are sold to specialty coffee companies all around the world and helping to promote the image of Sorocabana and Norte Pioneiro regions, considered today the new ‘hot’ area from which to source coffees.
