At Capricornio Coffees, special preparations with fermentation started more than a decade ago.
Creators Series, a project inside our Boutique line, is the selection of the ﬁnest coffees, produced with protocols deﬁned by Aida Batlle, Chad Wang, Stefanos Domatiotis and Yoshi Iwase, who come to Brazil to create unique ﬂavors.
These rarities express the beauty of Brazil’s outstanding coffees, produced at 3 farms in 3 different regions:
